Jackson Metro Eats: Biaggi's

I'll be honest, I'm a wee bit behind on blogging!  Last week was Patrick's date night dinner pick and he chose Biaggi's (Urbanspoon) in Madison.

We started with fried ravioli.  The sauce was yummy, the tomatoes were tasty, and the ravioli was ok....something tasted off with the texture.  Not inedible by any means, just not quite what I was expecting.

Patrick had the Chicken Marsala, you know how descriptive he is about this.The only thing I really remember him saying was to avoid the spinach, but that the chicken and mashed potatoes were good.

I went with the fettuccine with lobster.  It combines lots of things I like: cream sauce, mushrooms, fettuccine, and lobster.  The sauce, mushrooms, and fettuccine were really good.  The lobster, however, didn't hold up really well.  It was mushy and lacked texture.

Overall, dinner was average.  Not great, not terrible, just average.
